A. For Website Visitors

• Usage Data: We collect standard technical information, such as IP addresses, browser types, and referral URLs, to analyze site traffic and improve our marketing efforts via Google Cloud analytics.
• Inquiry Data: If you contact us via a web form, we collect your name and corporate email to respond to your request.

B. For Registered Users (The Platform)

• Account Data: Corporate email and authentication credentials.
• Customer Content: Strategic goals, OKRs, task descriptions, and completion rates.
• Integration Data: Metadata and task status pulled from third-party tools (see Section 3).
• AI Inputs: Textual data provided to the "Goal Architect" assistant for the purpose of refining OKRs.

Weekly Win utilizes a unique email-to-app interface designed to protect sensitive corporate data:

• Authentication Barrier: All sensitive data entry and viewing occur within our secure, authenticated portal.
• The "Nudge" System: Transactional emails (delivered via Resend) serve as prompts or summaries. We do not transmit full, sensitive financial projections or raw confidential goal data via unencrypted email.
• Encryption: All user data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.2+ within our Google Cloud environment.

When you opt to connect Weekly Win to third-party task management services, the following terms apply:

• Scope of Access: We access only the specific data points required to calculate "Weekly Win" progress, such as task titles, assignee names, status updates (e.g., "Complete"), and completion dates.
• Data Integrity: Weekly Win operates on a "Read-Only" or "Limited Sync" basis for these integrations. We do not delete, modify, or overwrite your original data within Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Authorization: You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Weekly Win account settings or the third-party provider's security portal.

Weekly Win employs Google Gemini to provide AI-assisted goal suggestions.

• Non-Evaluative AI: We do not use AI to track, profile, or evaluate individual employee performance.
• Human Control: AI suggestions are strictly advisory. Users must manually review and accept any AI-generated goals.
• Data Usage: Your inputs are used to generate suggestions for your specific account and are not used by Weekly Win to train "global" AI models that could leak your proprietary strategy to other customers.

• Your Ownership: The Client retains full ownership of all data, goals, and content inputted into the platform.
• Our Ownership: Weekly Win retains all rights to the platform's software, proprietary rollup algorithms, and anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., industry-wide performance benchmarks) that does not identify any specific company or individual.

We use the following audited third-party services to deliver the Weekly Win experience:

Weekly Win is a Delaware entity. We comply with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and the CCPA. For our European clients, we act as a Data Processor under the GDPR.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting our Privacy Team.
